Ollie Brooke's Profile PicAnother something a bit different here from me. I just decided I wanted to play some of the more disco sort of alternative stuff and started on that tack, threw in some of my older tracks and was pretty happy with things until I felt the need to go a bit harder.
So Bert Dunk's "Groove Y'all" seemed to jump out at me, after initially thinking it hadn't worked I was pleasantly surprised to hear how well it did in fact work.
Things stay dubby and chunky from there on, this one's the sort of mix you put on at about 10 pm at a House party, things are nice and chunky by the end but still barely hitting the 124 bpm mark.
Mixing's a little bit rough in places but then the tracks aren't all that mixing friendly so I'll forgive myself for that...

In contrast to themisvanhelvoort the first part of the set did'nt hit me where i wanted, some of the vocals on the first 20-30 minutes or so was'nt really for me, but as i expected you picked it up later on. The cool thing about this set is that u included a couple of breakbeat tunes, and that really spiced it up, and when i realized what track the Bert Dunk one was, i turned really happy, hav'nt heard that one in years. The last 5 tracks hit the spot for me.

A mix to be jealous of, and to work towarads. Fantastic tunes, great energy and awesome mixing. I dunno if my headphones are failing, or the channels were cutting out here and there, but it didn't stop me from enjoying this AWESOME mix. Thanks Ollie!

im speechless with this mix. superb mixing with elite tracks. cant get enough of the perfect, lovely mix. not only tracks but Ollie put his soul in it too. i can feel the intensity.
