About This Mix
I've been searching the underground African Deep House scene looking to find tunes I've not heard before. The world cup has had an enormous impact on all music genres in S. A. Lars Behrenroth and Ralf Gum , Kieth Thompson and Martin East are picking up the torch and bringing the African groove to a wider audience. The rare and truly underground tunes have just got harder to find, there are three in this mix, "Re Ya Baka" Scotch Flavio, "Desperate Times" DJ Bullet and "Makhadzi" Rex Blah although this track is gaining good air time in the U.S.
