PureHouseMusic.net fav Matt Flores showing a little diversity here with a more straight up floor filler of a track. Less focus on soaring synths, with the dubby bass and raw thudding kick more prominent in the mix. The synth stabs are as loopy as the spoken word sample. When this track starts, you think to yourself: "this is very simple, nothing really grabs me", but then you find yourself pulled in by it's repetitive groove. As with all good quality deep house grooves, Flores creates a necessary element of space within the beats by having the snare hit a few milliseconds late. Looping and grooving - sure to get those hips moving... "that's what makes him ill".
