Eleven tracks from the archive, media is 7" and 12" vinyl.

The tracks here are favourites as opposed to being particularly rare, although "Tango Hustle" was a limited release and this version on De-Lite is a 12" promo.
The same goes for Millie Jacksons epic "All The Way Lover" (penned for Millie by Benny Latimore) it's a 12" promo on Spring Records, subsequently released on the album "Feelin Bitchy"....look out for tracks in future Soul Box editions from the incredibly rare "Royal Rapping" an Issac Hayes and Millie Jackson collaborative tribute to sex, low slung funk.
Wison Picket's "Shameles" comes from a time when many of the Stax stars were hunting around for quality material, late 70's. Picket teamed up with Jean Roussel and Carly Simon to pen this tune, it's of it's time without doubt, but is still classic Wilson Picket, more widely available on the EMI album release "I Want You", title track's a good un, but the album is filled out with disco dross.
