BataZare was born in 1980 in Macedonia. He grew up with a strong jazz, soul and funk influence, and he taught himself to play the piano by the age of 14. BataZare became a fan of electronic music in his early 20s, when he started djing in local clubs and at house parties. His love for music today is reflected both by his production work and his mixed sets. After almost a decade of production, BataZare continues to search for the sounds that fit his conception of house music. As of recently, he started a new project, the "Selected Depth" podcast, in which he combines almost two decades of experience as a radio host with a passion for deep, sexy house in a classic radio format.
